Meeting Templates

Meeting Templates allow you to configure your calendar invites. You can create your Meeting Templates with advanced dynamic fields for meeting title, location, description, and length.

Dynamic Fields can be used in the Meeting Template to automatically fill information like your prospect's name or your assignee's conference details.

Here is a guide to Dynamic Fields you can use.

In addition to creating meeting templates, you can:

  • Create meeting buffers that create space before or after a meeting. This might allow your team to prepare before a meeting or take notes after it.
  • Each meeting template can dynamically change the conference details based on the assignee of the meeting. This can be configured via {!Conference.Details} tag and the information for each assignee can be edited in the “Conference Details” tab.
  • If a meeting is booked online, you can decide what information you want to collect from your customers via dynamic forms that store your prospect information in Salesforce (or create a lead in Salesforce if there’s none yet).

After you create your templates, don’t forget to associate the meeting template with your  queues and with your calendar.

Your team is able to change or edit the meeting template as they are booking a meeting for themselves, for someone in their team or when suggesting times to meet in an email.

Advanced settings

Each meeting type you create can be stored on the event or lead/contact in Salesforce and can be used for advanced Salesforce triggers. See how you can store this information in Salesforce.


  • When a meeting type “Demo” is created, the Opportunity Stage should be automatically changed to “Demo.”
  • When a meeting type “Discovery” is created through an email automation tool, remove the prospect from the cadence/sequence.
  • When a meeting type “Training” is created, assign the account to the trainer. See instructions.
