Events Workspace Roles & Permissions

   There are 3 levels of User Roles / Permissions with an Events Workspace in Chili Piper (highest to lowest) and 2 Main Types of Standard Users:


Role Access
Master Admin Full Permissions to all workspaces and global settings
Workspace Admin Full Permissions excluding:
  • No access to “Manage Workspaces” and global preferences
  • Cannot Edit Forms
  • Can be an admin to 1 or many workspaces
  • Cannot access “Integrations” tab
  • Full Access to Check-In Calendar
    • Can edit, reschedule, or delete meetings booked by other users
Standard User - Booker Limited Access to Admin-level Workspace Settings and Configuration. Includes:
  • Access to Personal Settings
  • Access to Check-In Calendar if the user is within an Events Workspace
    • Can book meetings, reassign meetings, or assign meetings booked via a Placeholder Calendar
    • Can edit meetings that they book
    • Cannot edit or delete meetings booked by other users 
  • Access to reports, if enabled globally
  • Access to book meetings for any Event for any Attendees within the workspace via Instant Booker
Standard User - Attendee Limited Access to Admin-level Workspace Settings and Configuration. Includes:
  • Can access Personal Settings
  • Access to Check-In Calendar if the user is within an Events Workspace
    • Can book meetings, reassign meetings, or assign meetings booked via a Placeholder Calendar
    • Can edit meetings that they book or receive
    • Cannot edit or delete meetings booked by other users
  • Access to reports, if enabled globally
  • Access to Event Dashboards
  • Access to book meetings for themself or others within the workspace via Instant Booker
