The purpose of this article is to help admins, managers, and users understand how many meetings reps have received, how the Round Robin has been calculated, and to determine who should be next within a queue.

Assigned Meetings - Queues -> History Button (Admin access required)
Once you click the History Button of the respective Queue you wish to view, you will see your Round Robin reports.
