One of the most important part is making sure that your qualified leads book a meeting. You can monitor conversion rates in your router history. Our customers report anything between 54 and 95% conversion.

2. Up to date calendars 

Make sure that your queues allow your prospects to book at least a few days in advance to match their schedule and your team keeps their calendar up to date. The last thing you want is a prospect looking at a calendar that shows no availabilities. You can monitor this in your history 

3. Conference details/Calendars connected 

Make sure you have a process for adding new users to your routing and double check that each of them has their conference details  (if you use them in meeting templates) and their calendars are connected
