Why are my dynamic tags not populating?

Sometimes, in your meeting templates or reminders, your dynamic tags for your prospects (e.g.   {!Prospect.FirstName} or  {!Prospect.Company}  are not showing up. What's going on? 

There are two possible causes: 

1. You are booking via the "Calendar Popup" and the prospect is not in Salesforce yet 

This is by far the most common cause for this problem.If the prospect is not in Salesforce when you book via the browser extension or via the calendar popup, the fields won't populate. That's because the app doesn't know who your prospect is 

If you fill this information manually, your reminders will still not contain the prospect information 

To fix this: Make sure you add your prospects in Salesforce before you book a meeting. We are also working to improve this feature by allowing you to add prospects in Salesforce in one click when you book a meeting. Stay tuned

2. You are booking via the "Calendar Popup" and you are adding a colleague as your first guest 

Your first guest is a teammate, not your prospect  

 
To fix this:  Make sure you add your prospects as a guest first and teammates second. We are looking into improving this by updating the template dynamically when you add new guests to a meeting in a future version
